Tom Gould
 After 42 years in the restaurant industry, I can now proudly say that it was worth every late night in the kitchen. Being self-taught, it is a tough challenge to make yourself stand out from some of these talented chefs in the area, but I truly felt like I was ready for the challenge. After endless discussions with my wife, Lisa and sleepless nights, I decided to go for it and open Brass City Bistro. Since that day in March 2007, when we opened the doors, I never looked back. This restaurant made me come alive. I was able to create, express and design food with passion.; show my customers my love of the trade and business through my dishes from taste to presentation down to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Whether you come visit us at BCB or have us cater your off-site event, I am confident you will be completely satisfied. Thank you to all of you that supported us over the years. There is nothing better than seeing familiar faces walk through the door time and time again.
